Construction Debris Removal done right, priced flat

Renting a roll-off is fine if your reno lasts three weeks. If it lasts three days, you don't want a 20-yard box sitting in the driveway earning HOA letters. We haul the debris the day the job wraps — no permit, no rental, no return trip.

We take drywall, subfloor, tile, cabinets, vanities, tubs, framing lumber, roofing shingles (bagged), and the odd tarped pile of insulation. If the load has concrete or asphalt, mention it — those get billed by weight and go to a separate transfer station.

What's included in every construction debris removal job

  • Same-week pickup, typically within 48 hours
  • Truck + 6×12 dump trailer available for larger jobs
  • Broom-clean the driveway or garage where the pile was
  • Landfill / recycling routing (we sort what we can)
  • Photo-verified quote before we roll — no on-site surprises

How it works

  1. Step 1

Send photos of the pile and the driveway/street access.

  2. Step 2

We text back a flat quote and schedule.

  3. Step 3

Crew arrives, loads, sweeps, sends receipt.

Construction Debris Removal — frequently asked

Do you charge extra for heavy materials like tile or drywall?

Loads over roughly 1,500 lb (dense concrete, tile, packed drywall) carry a +$125 heavy fee — we tell you before we book, not after.

Can you handle a roofing tear-off?

Yes if the shingles are already bagged or bundled. Loose shingles ballooning across the yard we can still do, but the load has to be tarped and weight-billed — ask for a specific quote.

Do you take concrete or asphalt?

Small amounts (a few chunks) go with the load. Full slabs or driveways route to a construction recycler; call us with volume and we'll quote separately.

Can you come to a job site with no one there?

Yes — most GC calls are unattended. Share the gate code or lockbox and we'll text photos when the pile is gone.

How does this compare to renting a dumpster?

Dumpsters are cheaper per cubic yard if you're filling the whole box; we're cheaper and faster if your job produces one truck's worth of debris or you don't want a box in the driveway for a week.
