We cut the shell into transportable panels on your patio with a reciprocating saw, cap the electrical, pull the equipment bay, and load the whole thing into the truck in one trip.
Freestanding tubs, sunken pergola tubs, swim-spas — same approach. If you have the pump wet-connected, we'll shut it dry; if the electrical is on a live 240 line, you'll need an electrician to disconnect before we cut.

Yes — drain it 24 hours before we arrive. A submersible pump plus a garden hose to the storm drain is standard; the equipment bay retains a bit of water but that's fine.
If the tub is on a dedicated 240V line with a subpanel disconnect, we'll flip it and cap the wires on our side. If it's hardwired through a live junction, you'll want an electrician to disconnect first.
That's why we cut it in place — the panels fit through a standard 36" gate. If your gate is narrower or the tub is behind a wall, tell us and we'll walk the access on the phone.
We can cut the shell without disturbing the deck framing. If the deck skirt needs to come off first, that's on you or a carpenter — we don't do carpentry.
