Estate work is different from a regular cleanout. Someone in the family just lost a parent or grandparent, and every drawer might have a keepsake in it. We come in slow, sort donation-vs-trash by hand, set aside anything that looks like a photo album, jewelry box, or handwritten letter, and text you before we haul it if we're not sure.
