Tile & Heavy Debris Removal done right, priced flat

Tile tear-out is one of those jobs where the dumpster math never works. A 10-yard roll-off filled with ceramic, porcelain, or Saltillo tile blows through its weight allowance in the first two rows of the kitchen, and suddenly you're paying overage fees on top of a rental. We price by volume up front — what we quote is what you pay, heavy fee disclosed before booking, never at the curb.

We run an F-350 with a 6×12 dump trailer, which is the right tool for dense material: low sides for hand-loading broken tile and thinset chunks, a dump bed so we're not hand-unloading at the transfer station, and the axle rating to move a real load of concrete or pavers without drama. Contractors in the middle of a remodel and homeowners who just demoed their own floor both book us the same way — photos in, flat quote out.

Crew loading broken tile and concrete demolition debris into a dump trailer at a Sun City Center home
Local note: Tile removal hauling in Sun City Center is one of our most-requested jobs — the 1970s homes there are mid-renovation cycle, and a kitchen or bath tear-out produces exactly one trailer load of debris. We know the 55+ community rules: no overnight curb piles, no dumpster permits to argue about.

Tile & Heavy Debris Removal — frequently asked

Why does heavy material cost extra?

Transfer stations bill us by weight, and tile or concrete loads weigh 2–3× what a normal junk load does. The $125 heavy fee (loads over roughly 1,500 lb) covers that — and we tell you about it before you book, not on-site.

Can you take a full kitchen floor of tile?

Yes — a typical 200–300 sq ft kitchen tear-out fits our dump trailer as one load, thinset and all. Send a photo of the pile and we'll confirm the tier.

Do you take concrete slabs or a broken driveway section?

Broken concrete chunks, yes — up to legal axle weight per trip. A full intact slab needs a demo contractor to break it first; once it's in chunks, we're the right call.

I'm a contractor mid-remodel. Can you do recurring debris runs?

Yes. Several GCs in Sun City Center and Riverview book us weekly during a flip. Same flat pricing, priority route slots.

How is this cheaper than a dumpster?

No rental period, no driveway permit, no HOA argument, and no weight-overage surprise at pickup. For one to two trailer loads of tile debris we're almost always the cheaper and faster option.
